Thanks for visiting our site! We're really glad you're here.
First a bit about our product. All of our breads are made from scratch daily. This means we mix together the freshest ingredients in their simplest form every morning, including our very own fresh ground, 100% whole wheat flour. Simplicity is the key to our great tasting breads. Fresh Flour + Water + Honey + Yeast + Salt are the five basic ingredients on our bread labels. Our bakers mill our own flour with a stone mill right here in the bakery. And everything tastes really delicious!

Morning Coffee -- Each day, feel free to stop in for a fresh cup of free coffee with the purchase of one hot out of the oven breakfast item. Enjoy the newspaper, take advantage of free wi-fi, or simply relax with a friend. Space may be limited but our bakery is your bakery.
Gluten Free Breads! -- We are pleased to offer Gluten-Free Cinnamon Chip and Dakota breads that are available on Tuesday and Friday. Call the store for details and to order. Please note that although we take many precautions, this product may contain gluten due to a high risk of cross contamination.
